Premier Pacific is a California Department of Real Estate licensed corporation. Jim Bilotta is our licensed broker/owner and has previously served as Chief Financial Officer for both large and small banks including direct responsibility for mortgage lending divisions. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Jim eventually decided to work directly for buyers and borrowers more than 10 years ago when he started Premier Pacific. Since then, Premier Pacific has been responsible for helping many local borrowers and placing families in their new homes.

The staff of Premier Pacific includes professional loan officers, loan processors, transaction coordinators and licensed Real Estate Sales personnel. Over the years, we have developed relationships with credit reporting agencies, appraisals and we have access to 100’s of wholesale mortgage lenders. The ability to work with many lenders benefits our buyers/borrowers as we can shop for rates and terms that best suit your needs.

In addition to being a California Department of Real Estate licensed Broker, Premier Pacific is a member of the North County Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and a member of Sandicor Multiple Listing Service.
